Wheelbuilder worked with ENVE to develop the brass internal nipple used in all of our custom ENVE builds as well as ENVE's factory builds. The profile mates perfectly with the internal contour of an ENVE rim. The brass material provides superior corrosion resistance and improved strength. This nipple can be used in most internal cavity applications.
Weight is optimized by decreasing the height of the nipple to 10mm. Self locking is achieved by a deformed thread.
