Information You Provide: You may provide to Wheelbuilder information referred to as "personally identifiable" information, such as your name and email address, or your credit card information if you purchase Products through our Site, or otherwise use the Services (“Personal Information”). Your name and email address will only be used to contact you should that be necessary in connection with the Service or purchase of the Products. There will be no other use of your name or email address, except for purposes of your credit card purchases. We do include a “Contact Us” section on our Site whereby you can contact Wheelbuilder with questions. This section does require that you include your name and email address so that we may respond to your questions.
“Automatically Collected“ Information: When you access the Site, use the Services, purchase one of the Products, or open one of our emails, we may automatically record certain information from your system by using different types of tracking technology. This “automatically collected“ information may include Internet Protocol address ("IP Address"), a unique user ID, version of software installed, system type, the content and pages that you access on the Site, and the dates and times that you visit the Site.“Cookies“ Information: When you access the Site, we may send one or more cookies, which are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters to your computer. “Pixel Tags“ or “Clear Gifs“: A pixel tag, also known as a clear GIF or web beacon, is an invisible tag placed on certain pages of our Site but not on your computer. When you access these pages, pixel tags generate a generic notice of that visit. They usually work in conjunction with cookies, registering when a particular computer visits a particular page. If you turn off cookies, the pixel tag will simply detect an anonymous website visit.

We request information from you on our order form. A purchaser must provide contact information (such as name, shipping address and email address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, etc.). This information is encrypted and is protected by security measures. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to contact the customer.
