General: All orders ship Monday-Friday from Southern California excluding holidays (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, and Christmas Day). Please allow extra shipping time during holidays and promotions.
Custom Wheels: Our standard build time is 2 weeks. If any components are back-ordered and we are not able to ship within the standard 2 weeks, we will update you by email with an ETA. We offer RUSH service which ships within 2 business days for an additional fee of $75 per wheel (provided all the components are in stock). If we are not able to ship within 2 business days, we will call you to discuss options. Feel free to call or email us with any questions you may have. Parts Orders: Most parts orders are in stock and ship within 24 business hours. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed during weekends will be processed on Monday. Please allow extra shipping time during holidays and promotions.
Back-orders: Our inventory fluctuates daily. If an item is not in stock we will contact you by email within 24 business hours to provide the back-order shipping ETA. If we need to back-order a product, your complete order will ship when we receive the item. If your order is time sensitive we encourage you to contact us for up to the minute product availability and shipping lead times. Please note: if an item is labeled “special order” we will most likely need to order it from the manufacturer.
Disc Covers: Please allow 2-3 business days to custom cut each order. If we have any questions about the wheel information you provide we will contact you by email which may cause a delay.
Fedex: We use Fedex for domestic and international shipping. Fedex cannot deliver to a PO Box; please provide a street address for delivery. When your order ships Fedex will send you an email with your tracking number.
All wheels and orders over $250 require a signature at delivery.
Ground/Home Domestic Shipping: Ground Delivery is Monday-Friday. Home Delivery is Tuesday-Saturday. Estimated lead times: Southern California is 1 business day, Northern California is 2 business days, Western States are 2-3 business days, Mid-Western States are 3-4 business days and Eastern States are 4-5 business days (excluding holidays.)
Express Domestic Shipping: Delivery is Monday-Friday only. Overnight is 1 business day (2 days to Hawaii and Alaska, excluding holidays). 2 Day is 2 business days (3 days to Hawaii and Alaska, excluding holidays).
International Shipping: Our shipping fees do not include taxes, duties or fees. The recipient will be billed by Fedex after clearing customs and prior to delivery. Estimated lead times: Canada is 1-2 business days; Europe is 2-3 business days; Australia and New Zealand are 3-4 business days; Japan and Korea are 2-3 business days; Singapore 4 business days; Dubai is 3-5 business days.
Military APO/FPO : We offer USPS Priority and Express mail services to APO/FPO addresses. The website will calculate Fedex shipping fees and we will manually make changes to your invoice if needed. If you cannot enter the military address in the Ship To section put the details in the Notes. We will contact you by email if we have any questions. Shipping fees do not include taxes, fees or duties.
If you're not happy with your Wheelbuilder product, you can return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 60 days with the following limitations:
- Product must be in the original packaging and condition it was sent in.
- Labor and shipping are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless other arrangements are made with Wheelbuilder.
- Spoke orders are non-refundable if spokes have been custom shortened by Wheelbuilder or have been laced and/or tensioned. The .40 cent per spoke labor fee for custom length spokes is not refundable. All returned spokes will be inspected prior to a refund.
To make a return: email or call (listed below) before shipping the item back. Download the Wheelbuilder Return Authorization Form and enclose the completed form when you ship the item back to Wheelbuilder.
To exchange your product: Ship the item back and enclose the Wheelbuilder Return Authorization Form . Tell us what item you want in exchange. We may contact you by email for any questions or new shipment billing fees.
All returns must be received by Wheelbuilder within 60 days of date of purchase in order to process a refund back to your credit card or PayPal account. After 60 days a store credit will be issued for the return. Returned gift certificate purchases will receive a store credit.
Damage : If your package arrives damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at (626) 442-4444 or firstname.lastname@example.org for Customer Service so that we may promptly process for your return, replacement, and/or refund. Please email photos of damaged goods and shipment packaging to: email@example.com . Shipment damage claims will be managed by Wheelbuilder.
If we made a mistake or omitted something from your order please contact us immediately so we can send you the correct or missing item ASAP.
