A revised Firecrest rim profile allows tubeless compatibility in a disc-brake specific shape, creating a fast and stable ride in any wind condition. 808 Firecrest Tubeless Disc-brake rims are ideal for time trialists, road racers and triathletes looking for an aerodynamic advantage on modern disc brake frames.

Disc specific design extends Zipp’s ABLC™ dimples all the way to the outer edge of the rim. The disc-specific rims are optimized for wider tires to meet the performance needs of modern riders in search of low rolling resistance and aero efficiency with high comfort. The 808 Firecrest Tubeless Disc-brake rims have a 19mm internal width and are aerodynamically optimized for use with 25mm wide tires.

Tubeless compatible, the wheels feature a rim bed made with internal ridges to lock the tire’s bead in place, ensuring secure performance even when ridden at lower tire pressures.
