Alpina Spark XL spokes are specifically designed to accommodate the higher stress requirements for E-Bike and cargo applications. Spark XL spokes feature a Single Butted 12/13 gauge heavy duty stainless wire with a 2.3mm diameter (13G) threaded area.
NOTE: This spoke uses a 2.3mm (13G) wire which requires a specific 13G nipple. Not compatible with any alloy nipples in our product range. Consider using a reduction nipple for compatibility with standard bicycle rims designed for use with 14G nipples. Additionally the neck diameter is 2.6mm, which may not be compatible with some hubs. Please verify the diameter of the spoke holes in your hub flange are at least 2.8mm before ordering.
