I have had them build me a wheel, needed it quickly, and have supplied these spokes and all related "stuff" to complete the project. I have used DT spokes for over 30 years and feel they are the same ones I used back then but it's the ability to get all you need in one place really easy.
Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me tips and other places to obtain other parts. I needed a difficult to find non-standard e-bike hub spoke which they custom made for me. I was amazed that they were at my doorstep 2 days later. I can certainly recommend their service.
