The DT 350 DEG rear hub family builds on a well-proven design, incorporating significant upgrades to enhance and modernize one of the most popular aftermarket hubs. DEG hubs share a proven Star Ratchet design, but take it further by significantly increasing the size and surface area of the Ratchet rings. These oversize ratchet rings allow higher load carrying capacity and higher degrees of engagement. The standard tooth count increases to 72 and is upgradable with DT Swiss 90T ratchets.

Anti Kick Back Pedaling system: At the heart of a DEG system is a significantly larger ratchet ring pair that can be upgraded to provide anti-pedal kickback features. Specifically available as an upgrade kit, and retrofittable to all Ratchet DEG freehub systems. It is lighter than other solutions, as you simply have to replace the hubs threaded ring and the two ratchets to enjoy three different degrees of freehub movement: 0°, 10° and 20°.

Smoother Engagement: The new 72T ratchet system on rear hubs ensures faster engagement, providing immediate power transfer when you need it most. The star ratchet system can be easily upgraded from 72 to 90 points of engagement.

The DT Swiss 350 Center Lock disc brake hub is a high performance hub offered at a great value. The 350 line offers the same manufacturing quality and design features found in itshigher end 240s counterpart. The main difference between the hub lines stems from the fact that the 240s has additional machining for weight savings.
DT Swiss utilized its patented star ratchet system that is well known to guarantee high load capacity and reliability. The star ratchet system can be easily upgraded from 18 points of engagement to 36 or 54 points of engagement.
