Hed Vanquish GP rims share their wide shape profile with the original Vanquish line. Vanquish rims are characterized by an aerodynamically optimized, disc-brake specific, tubeless design. The hooked bead tire/rim interface features a 30mm external/21mm internal width to deliver superb aerodynamic performance when paired with 23-28mm tires.
If gravel or All-Road endurance riding are your thing, the Vanquish GP will optimize the shape, ride quality, and even aerodynamics of your wide road, gravel, or cyclocross tires. The Vanquish tubeless rim bed can accommodate tires up to 45mm wide.
The main differences between the Vanquish GP and Vanquish rims are, (1) a slight weight increase on the GP version due to carbon layup; (2) a wider range of hole counts available for custom builds with the GP version; (3) vinyl decals on the GP with five optional colors vs wet applied black/white decals on the Vanquish.
